Requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (Housekeeper, Cabin Cleaner, Stateroom Attendant, Cabin Cleaning staff, Cabin Service Agent, Crew Agent, Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant) in a fast pace 4- to 5-star Hotel, river or ocean ships
- ability to communicate in English and/or German

Responsibilities:
- will properly clean cabins and public areas (elevators, stairways, reception, restrooms, corridors) as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
- supplement towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, paper napkins
- apply company hygiene and health standards and follow the procedures in cleaning all areas (mirrors, wall tiles, doors, floors)
- sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and package guest laundry, cabin linen, towels and robes and operate the necessary equipment adequately
- verify restaurant laundry and passenger clothes for stains and follow procedures
- maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire laundry room (on a rotating basis, you will also be in charge of the onboard laundry facilities, making sure that cabins and restaurant linen and passengers’ laundry are attended to promptly and returned impeccably clean and tidy)
- keeps the floor, the washing and drying machines, the filters and the irons clean and in good working condition
- attends the loading of food, beverage, laundry and other items
